About Scar Tissue / Scar Mobilization
Scar mobilization uses hands-on techniques on a healed scar to help the skin and the tissue beneath move more freely. It can ease pulling or tightness around the scar. Treatment begins only once the wound has fully healed, and pressure is kept gentle.
